The National Museum of Asian Art in Washington, D.C., part of the Smithsonian’s Freer and Sackler Galleries, is presenting a rare, limited-time exhibition titled “Korean Treasures: Collected, Cherished, Shared.” This extraordinary showcase features over 200 pieces from the private collection of the late Lee Kun‑hee, former chairman of Samsung Group, marking the first time these treasures have been displayed in the United States.
