Korean Treasures: Collected, Cherished, Shared — Closing February 1, 2026
This extraordinary showcase features over 200 pieces from the private collection of the late Lee Kun‑hee, former chairman of Samsung Group, marking the first time these treasures have been displayed in the United States. From ancient Buddhist sculptures and Joseon dynasty ceramics to bold 20th-century paintings, this is the largest and most comprehensive presentation of Korean art ever shown at the Smithsonian.
